These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of codeblast.dev (the "Site"), operated by Codeblast OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia with its registered address at Pärnu mnt 12, Märjamaa alev, Märjamaa vald, Rapla maakond, 78301, Estonia ("Codeblast", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Information presented on the Site regarding our services is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any actual engagement for software development or related services will be governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or contract) between Codeblast OÜ and the client, which will set out specific scope, pricing, deliverables and terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
